The Woodville Concert Choir Inc welcomes you to our website. The choir is situated in the City of Charles Sturt in the Western suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia.

This Community Choir was formed as the Woodville Choral Group in 1981 when the then City of Woodville sought to promote arts and music in the district. Thus they created a concert band and our Choir. The first conductor was Peter Ruys. Rosemary Nairn, OAM, took over the position in 1982. On 8th July, 2007 we farewelled Rosemary Nairn as musical director and Betty Tothill as accompanist after 25 years service to the choir.

Our new musical director is Jodie O'Regan and our accompanist is Margaret Pethick.

The name was changed to The Woodville Concert Choir in 1997, and we have a membership of approximately 55 members, (men and women - Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass) with an active singing group of 30 - 45 singers. Within its ranks are various ensembles. This year they include two women’s and one men’s ensemble.

The Woodville Concert Choir welcomes new members. Come and join us.
